Returns Policy

Our policy is simple! We want you to love what you have ordered and offer an easy exchange process below:

What is your Returns Policy?

  • For UAE orders, should you require a different size of same style, simply notify us immediately to arrange for a one time free exchange. Should you require an additional exchange thereafter a pickup/delivery charge of AED40 will be applied. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is unavailable a store credit will be issued.

  • International orders are not eligible for free returns/exchange however a fee of AED70 will apply for each exchange.

  • To exchange an item with a different style and/or product, a store credit will be issued to place a new order online once the original item(s) are returned to us.

  • For change of mind orders they can be returned for store credit only. For UAE orders, a return fee of AED25 will be deducted from store credit and for International orders, a return fee of AED70 and any applicable duties and customs fee will be deducted from store credit as well. 

  • Your unused item(s) must be returned in original packaging and condition with tags attached within 7 calendar days from delivery date. Once the item(s) have been evaluated and are eligible for a return, a store credit and/or exchange will be processed accordingly.

  • Store credits are not eligible for an additional free return/exchange, a fee of AED40 will apply for UAE orders should you require an exchange.

  • Fixed AED Value Coupons are not eligible for free returns, a fee of AED40 will apply for every exchange and AED20 for a return
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months only from date of issuance.

  • Delivery fees incurred are not refundable.

 Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • All Intimates/Undergarments/Swimwear/Shapewear/Tights/Pillows.

  • Promotional/Sale items.

  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.

  • Any items without their original condition, packaging and tags.

  • Damaged or used products, which are no longer in their original condition.

  • Returns received after 7 calendar days of the original order delivery date.

How do I make a return?

  • If your order qualifies for a exchange/return based on the above information, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 calendar days from delivery date. 

  • For ultimate convenience, we will arrange for a return service pickup through our carrier partner in your respective country to collect your item(s) for exchange or return from your delivery address on a day of your choosing. You will be contacted by the carrier partner to choose a time that is convenient for you. 

  • For International returns: 

    • A return label will be processed and sent directly to yourself to attach it on the shipment for pick-up and tracking purposes. Please retain proof of shipment receipt. 

    • The return fee will be deducted from your store credit amount, which will be processed immediately once the item(s) have been received and evaluated for a return/exchange eligibility.  

  • Your unused item(s) must be returned in original packaging and condition with tags attached.

When will my returns be processed?

  • Returns are processed within 2-5 business days upon the receipt of item(s). 

  • Once the item(s) have been evaluated and are eligible for a return, a store credit and/or exchange will be processed accordingly. 

  • We shall contact you to confirm receipt and that your Exchange or store credit has been processed.

Who pays for the shipping charges for returns?

UAE orders are eligible for a one time free exchange and/or return per order. Should you require an additional exchange thereafter a pickup/delivery charge of AED40 will be applied.

International orders are not eligible for free returns/exchange however a fee of AED70 will apply for each exchange. The return fee will be deducted from your store credit amount.

What if there was a defected item in my order?

At Mums and Bumps we ensure that all items are carefully inspected and quality checked prior to being dispatched to customers. In the very rare event there is a defected item, please email our team immediately at [email protected] who will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. The item must be returned for inspection in it’s original condition within 2-3 business days upon delivery.

If you do not return the item within the given timelines, you might be entitled to receive a store credit or exchange at our discretion. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear, misuse, mishandling or washed incorrectly are not considered to be defected and a return will be denied.
