At Mums & Bumps we offer FREE delivery for all orders above AED300 or equivalent across the Middle East (Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia). We process and ship all our orders 6 days a week, with the exception of Sundays and UAE Public Holidays.
UAE
Place your order before 2pm and we will aim to deliver your order on the next business day however delays may occur that are outside of Mums & Bumps control. In the event that this occurs, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 2-3 business days. During the holy month of Ramadan the order cut-off time is 12:30pm.
Same Day delivery is available everyday excluding Sundays and UAE Public Holidays for Dubai orders only if placed before 5pm, delivery will be made between 6pm - 9pm. During the holy month of Ramadan delivery will be made between 7-9pm.
Once your parcel has shipped we will email you a tracking number to help you track your order! You will also be contacted by the respective carrier to deliver your order to your doorstep. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return/exchange your order within 7 days from the purchase date (applicable to UAE orders only). Items should be in their original condition and packaging. For more details, please refer to our Returns Policy.
GCC/MIDDLE EAST
We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 business days subject to customs clearance. We offer FREE shipping on orders above AED300.
REST OF THE WORLD
We ship internationally, the shipping fee will show at the checkout page. We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days subject to customs clearance. Once you place an order with us and get dispatched we will send you a tracking number to keep track of your shipment.

Duties and customs fees may apply on orders outside the UAE and are to be paid by the consignee. Kindly note that in some instances you might be requested by our courier partner(s) to share a copy of your Identity card with your respective local Customs Authority in order to verify and release your shipment(s).
